Vietnamese Air Fryer Lemongrass Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork spare ribs (whole)
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp chicken powder
  • 3 tbsp lemongrass (minced)
  • 1/2 head garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sugar

Procedure

  1. Combine all seasonings with the pork spareribs and mix well. Store in a container and allow to marinate overnight.

  2. The next day, place the spare ribs in the air fryer (no need for pre-heat) and cook at 390F for 10 minutes.

  3. Rotate the ribs and cook again at 395F this time for 15 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool before eating. We served this with vegetables for sides and it was great!
