Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Chops - Suon Cot Let Nuong Sa

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork chops
  • 3 green onions (just white part, cut into 2" pieces, smashed)
  • 1 small shallot (minced)
  • 1/2 head garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2.5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and allow pork chops to marinate overnight in the fridge.

  2. Place the pork chops into your air fryer and cook at 400 F for 5 minutes. Flip the pork and cook for another 5 minutes.

  3. Serve this with a side of rice, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, Vietnamese pickled vegetables, and Vietnamese Sweet Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam Cham).
