Whenever we host friends and family, one of our favorite things to serve is a DIY hand roll bar right at home. Here is a simple Spicy Salmon recipe.
I am using Bluehouse Salmon because they are USA-raised and great for our planet. Their salmon swim healthy, happy, and stress-free. 🐟
Ingredients:
- Bluehouse Salmon fillets (minced)
- kewpie mayo
- sriracha
- roasted sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- green onions (slices)
- masago
To serve:
- nori sheets
- sushi rice
- fresh cucumbers
- fresh sprouts
- soy sauce and wasabi
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine Bluehouse Salmon minced fillets, kewpie mayo, sriracha, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, green onions, and masago. Combine well.
To serve, place a nori sheet, add sushi rice, add a spoonful of the spicy salmon mixture, and green onions.
Roll the handroll and dip into soy sauce and wasabi mix.
