Ingredients:
- 3 baguettes (cut into 1.5” slices)
- 0.75 lb shrimp (minced)
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 handful shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 sticks imitation crab (minced)
- 3 stalks green onion (sliced)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients except the baguette in a large mixing bowl.
Lightly spray foiled aluminum trays with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread 1 tbsp of the meat mixture onto each slice of baguette and place on aluminum trays. Do not overcrowd.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked and the bread has slightly hardened.
Finish the top with butane torch for added char 😁 (optional)
