Seafood Boil Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

(for 12 lbs crawfish/seafood)

  • 8 sticks of butter (salted)
  • 6 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 6 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 6 heads garlic (minced)
  • 8 tbsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 cup garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup lime (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp crawfish boil mix

Procedure

  1. In a saucepan, melt all the butter until completely dissolved over high heat.

  2. Add in all your spices, garlic, and lime juice. Continue to stir until well combined. Lower the heat to medium-low if it starts to bubble.

  3. Serve over boiled crawfish/seafood. Reheat as necessary before serving.
