Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fish sauce (3 🦀 brand)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1/2 head garlic (minced)
- 10 Thai chilis (sliced)
- 1.5 cup water
Procedure
In a mixing bowl, add sugar. Boil 1/2 cup water and mix with sugar to dissolve.
Add in fish sauce, 1 cup water, minced garlic, 1 lime juiced, and minced thai peppers.
Stir well to combine and enjoy as a dipping sauce or dressing for noodle/rice dishes.
