Ingredients
- 2 fresh bamboo shoots (sliced thinly)
- 1/2 white onion (thick slices)
- 2 tomatoes (cut into fourths)
- 2 green onion stalks (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/6 tbsp MSG
Procedure
Heat oil in a wok. Add white onion and cook until slightly charred - 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until tomato releases juices, 2-3 minutes.
Add bamboo shoots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add seasonings (salt, sugar, MSG).
Add green onions and turn off the heat.
Serve hot with rice.
