Ingredients

  • sashimi tuna
  • sashimi salmon
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • nori sheets
  • sashimi soy sauce
  • wasabi
  • perilla leaves
  • tobiko (black)
  • rice
  • pickled ginger

Procedure

  1. Prep and clean all your ingredients.

  2. Slice your sashimi cuts (if needed)

  3. Serve protein on a platter and each person gets their individual sauce plate.
