This was a common rotation in my household for those busy weekdays. It takes only a few minutes to prep and cook but tastes great with rice.
Ingredients:
- one bundle chives (sliced into 2” pieces)
- 1 bag of beansprouts
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp msg
- black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
In a large wok, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil over high heat.
Add your garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add your chives and beansprouts. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Season with salt, sugar, and msg. Sauté again until fully combined and beansprouts have cooked through (another minute).
Serve with side of rice.
